Job Purpose:
As a Trip Manager, you’ll ensure customers enjoy seamless, memorable travel experiences. This involves managing all trip logistics, quickly addressing any issues, and being the primary contact for all travel-related inquiries. Success requires strong accountability, problem-solving, and quick responsiveness to customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Trip Experience
- TL and AC Assignments: Oversee Tour Leader and Airport Conductor assignments to ensure smooth trip operations.
- Trip Setup and Wrap-Up: Handle all pre- and post-trip arrangements, covering every detail to provide a flawless experience.
- Troubleshoot Trip Issues
- Address any unexpected trip disruptions, providing prompt solutions to maintain client satisfaction.
- Primary Point of Contact
- Serve as the go-to person for all trip-related inquiries, adjustments, and revenue-related matters.

This role may require occasional travel and flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, to handle urgent issues or last-minute changes.
