Whether they reach out via WhatsApp, email, or phone call, your mission is to dazzle them with your quick wit and unwavering helpfulness. No question is too big or small when it comes to making our guests' journeys as smooth as silk.
Skillsets & Requirement
- Empathy is a must : It is very important for ARBA Travel’s Customer Experience to have decent sensibility when offering consultation, troubleshooting, listening to customer’s concern or when resolving any issues
- Good in communication : You are good at choosing the right words on the right time to the right person
